Ms. Keyonna has been working in childcare for over 14 years and have been around children all her life. She has an 11 year old son who has taught her a lot about being patient, the different milestones, and the creativity of working with children. She's very dependable and compassionate about working with children and their families, strives to ensure that they’re safe and well taken care of. Ms. Keyonna graduated from Bowie State University with a Bachelors in Child and Adolescent Studies in 2009. She chose to be in childcare because children are the greatest gift in the world and she loves to make a difference in their lives.
Mrs. Talisha has been in the child care field for 15 years. She attended Mergenthaler Vocational Technical Senior High School, studying child care for 4 years and graduated with her 90 hour certification in Early Childhood Education. During her senior year She was able to go on work study, and had the opportunity to put everything she learned into action. That first day working at that daycare center she knew that this is where she was supposed to be. Mrs. Talisha also went to school to become a CNA. Being with children and working with them she knew was her passion. Knowing that she can make a difference in their lives and making them smile warms her heart. Mrs. Talisha has worked with all age groups from infant to 12 years of age while enjoying arts and crafts, coloring and different hands on experiments.
Mrs. Talisha has two children a 12 year old son, and 5 year old daughter, they are her world. They keep her going and motivated. In 2018 Mrs. Talisha graduated from Strayer University with her associates Degree in Business Administration and will be returning to school to receiver her Bachelors.
Ms. A’mei interest in caring for children started very early in life. She watched many children as well as having the wonderful opportunity to work in a daycare as a teacher's assistant for two years. Currently a full time nanny to twin girls, and working part time with other families. Ms. Amei has a lot of energy, patience, and welcoming personality. She loves watching children grow & learn as well as being able to play a positive role in their development. She loves bonding with children as well as watching them learn who they are & who they aspire to be in this world. Ms. Amei enjoys adventures, crafting, animals, and relaxing on her free time.
Ms. Rickia has worked with children for over 10 years. Her love for working with children started as a child. She has been in childcare since 6th grade and started as a junior counselor for a children's camp that included ages 4-9. She landed her first job as an advisor for an aftercare program with the YWCA. Over the years she has been a date night sitter and helps with events.
Ms. Rickia loves working with children the most because she says she is young at heart. The children that she works with allows her to be creative and to make an impact.
Ms. Maya is a new mom of a baby girl. She‘s been working with children for over 10 years. Currently an excelling middle school Special Education teacher. Her experience began with watching her twin god siblings and from there her love for children blossomed. She was a camp counselor that worked her way up to camp director throughout college, working with age groups ranging from pre school to 5th grade. She has been working with Ms. T’s Helping Hands for the past 3 years. Being able to give parents the peace of mind that their children are being properly cared for, and loved on is something she truly takes pride in. She gives the love and care to any child that she encounters in the same capacity that she gives love to her own child.
Ms. Kierra currently resides in Anne Arundel County with her 8-year-old son. She currently works as a Polysomnographic Technologist (Sleep Technician). She has volunteered and worked with kids for the last decade. Her drive and motivation is to see children succeed and to help with their development. Ms. Kierra says that if she can see them smile, she knows that she’s making a difference in their lives.
Ms. Kierra is warm, inviting, and a hard worker. Providing care to families for date nights, assisting with childcare events, as well as nannying helping with E-Learning. She just recently became an AKA to add on to her many other duties she takes on. in life.
Ms. Kierra is always willing to help when she can, her initiative to step in and accommodate the needs of the children in her care is reassuring.
Ms. Kubratu Baturay started her love for child care while she was working at Kumon for 4 years after working at Kumon. Ms. Kubratu got into child care full time and now has 6+ years working with children! She is also a full time entrepreneur and upcoming real estate agent! She love's bonding with children and teaching them new things.
Ms. Sierra graduated from Coppin State University with the Class of 2020. She obtained a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education/ Human Development. She has a strong background in MSDE rules and regulations. In the early years of her career, she worked as a Childcare Director and has a total of 14 years of experience working with children and families.
Currently she educates our future leaders in Prince George’s County Public Schools where she serves as a Kindergarten Teacher.
When not working one of her three jobs, she enjoys sneaker shopping, reading and nail art. Ms. Sierra plans to pursue a Masters Degree in Education within the next couple of years and is confident in knowing her education is bright. She joined Ms. T’s team in 2019 and hasn’t looked back. FUN is always in the air when in our care.
Ms. Anazje’ from Frederick, Maryland, currently attending the illustrious Bowie State University studying to receive her bachelor’s degree in Social Work. Her experience working with children started while in high school while taking child development classes and participating in teaching lesson plans at the daycare. As well as helping in the nursery for church and vacation Bible school and volunteering at the Boys and Girls Club of Frederick County. She’s been employed with the YMCA of Frederick County and Silver Stars Gymnastics. Her favorite thing about working with children is being able to experience their excitement about learning.
Ms. Tae’Mya is 21 years old, and from Annapolis, MD, she loves watching an being around children, she has worked in childcare for over 5 years, she’s currently a teachers assistant at a well known early learning center. She’s engaging fun, and enjoys cuddling, reading, and crafts with the children, she’s a great big sister, and very soft spoken and has such a sweet personality and demeanor.
Ms. Chelsea has worked in childcare for over 8 years, her childcare experience has been primarily working in her family’s licensed in home childcare facility. She comes from a big family, that values family time, love, and compassion.
Ms. Chelsea has a 4 year old son, and enjoys all children, and enjoying being apart of their everyday life, learning through play.
Ms. Ashley is very thoughtful, loving, compassionate, and fun. With 9 years of experience in childcare, Ms. Ashley has worked not just a nanny but as a preschool dance teacher and also a preschool teacher in bible education. Her personal experiences and natural love for children has allowed her to enjoy helping the children learn and grow at every stage of their lives. Ms. Ashley strengths are that she is very responsible, reliable and a caring person. Her creativity allows her to help the children explore, reach milestones and grow their minds. To care for your little ones would be Ms. Ashley's honor and a joy. Together lets raise the next generation.
Ms. Ashaunti is a freshman at Bowie State University majoring in nursing. She is originally from Washington State and has lived in Maryland for almost 2 years. Ms. Ashaunti has experience working at Ms. T’s Summer Camp with the 6-9 age group. She enjoys doing arts and crafts and creative task with children. She approaches each child as an individual, who she will help grow and teach.
Ms. Mimi has been in the childcare field for over 18 years. Her love for children started as early as middle school by babysitting children in her community. Ms.Mimi has her 45/90 hour certification for child care,she's up to date with her CPR/AED first aid certification,and is currently pursuing her degree in Early Childhood Education/Special Education. Ms.Mimi is a multitalented,mom of 5, former cheer coach, and everyone favorite auntie/second mom. She incorporates fun into learning with everything she does ,she encourages independent learning,loves arts and crafts,music,reading,and she treats every child as her own. Ms.Mimi finds so much joy in witnessing their growth throughout their lives. Ms.Mimi is reliable, a nurturer,and she strives to make sure that your little one's are safe and well taken care of while in her care.

She is a sweet, loving, fun, caring, and patient person who loves helping children to explore all of the amazing possibilities of the world. Ms. Jasmine is from Annapolis MD. During her free time she enjoys spending time with her daughter. Ms. Jasmine holds a bachelors in Psychology from Bethune Cookman University and is currently attending Anne Arundel Community College for a Human Services certification. she loves children because they create an unspoken happiness for her, she loves how fearless children are and love to see how each child becomes their own. Enjoyment comes mostly from hearing a child’s laugh just to know that they are happy. Ms. Jasmine has been working with children for 9 years professionally but have been taking care of children for over 15 years old. She currently works for Department of Social Services as a case worker, where her ultimate goal in life is to be a mentor for children who are placed in foster care and to help them transition through that process.
Ms. Zariah is from Annapolis Maryland, currently in high school finishing up her junior year. She has been working with children for 3 years, and have been taking the child development courses for the past 2 years where she is teaching them lesson plans she’s had to plan out. While learning new things about the children. Her favorite thing about working with children is spending time with them and seeing them happy, she said “it’s never a dull moment“. On her free time I’m active doing sports, some type of movement, also crafting, so I love to engage in fun activities with children and make sure that they’re enjoying themselves while with me.
Ms. Charlotte is a recent graduate of Bowie State University. Her major was Child and Adolescent Studies. On her spare time, she enjoys taking long walks, and riding her bike. If the weather doesn’t permit, she loves doing anything arts and crafts related. She loves children because she feels that they are her little teachers. Just as much as they learn from us, we learn from them as well. Shes’s been working with children for about 5 years and counting. And continues to work with children throughout her career.
